Caroline Hatchett
Caroline Hatchett is a food and culture writer living in New York City. Her people are from South Florida, and she lived in Miami for three steamy years (and without knowing a shred of Tequesta history). She's the senior editor of Plate, and her writing appears in The Washington Post, Food & Wine, Garden & Gun, and The Bitter Southerner. Her work has been nominated for a James Beard Award and anthologized in Best American Food Writing 2023.
